FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

All enquires and bookings are treated as a binding legal acknowledgement you have read understood and agreed to our FAQ’s and Terms and Conditions

We require a non-refundable 50% deposit within 5 days on receipt of invoice. Without a deposit your booking is not confirmed. The balance of the invoice is due 7 days prior to your event and you will be sent a reminder when this date is due. With many people wanting the same date and the same hire inventory unfortunately we can not hold dates without a deposit

For insurance reasons and work, health and safety laws the Hirer (you) and/or event staff at the venue are not permitted to move our backdrops and/or props once we have installed them. All props will be weighed down and set up on firm, level ground only

We do not set up in public parks

If the area you are utilising for the installation has existing furniture and/or flower pots etc which will hinder the set up process they must be moved prior to our arrival. We are not furniture removalists and we will not move them for you

A standard set up time is 1.5 to 2 hours. Bigger and/or more intricate installations will require more time. If a venue does not allow a reasonable time frame for set up we can not accept your job. 30 minutes is simply not doable

Delivery is quoted based on your hire items, access into the venue (accounting for stairs, easy access) distance and access into the venue or home. After hours pick up is available however this incurs an additional charge. Standard delivery and backdown times are 6.30am to 6.30pm

We do not accept any responsibility if we are unable to lift or fit the backdrops and/or props into the event space or home for any of the following reasons: height restrictions in doorway and lift access, an abundance of stairs without prior notice, steep hill access etc. A refund will not be granted. Please be accurate when filling out your event enquiry

We adhere to strict bump in and bump out times which are based on the times you provide us on the enquiry form. These times must be accurate because we have delivery and pack down rosters and schedules to maintain for other events on the same day

Our props can not withstand rain, soggy ground or high wind areas. Once onsite we will not proceed with an installation under these conditions and a refund will not be granted. A wet/windy weather plan must be readily available

Any damage or cost to replace the props must be paid for by the client
